You learned that manhood means holding it together at any cost.

Now it’s costing your soul.

1:1 somatic guidance to reduce reactivity, build capacity, and lead—as the man you were born to be.

Hi. I'm Sean.

I work with men who appear to have it all together. Men whose strategies for getting through life are starting to crack. Men who’ve realized that they’re going to die one day, and are re-considering their priorities.

Maybe…

  • Your business is scaling while your marriage is failing.

  • You’re holding onto something that’s already gone.

  • Something that’s been missing is calling you, and you fear that listening closer might cause harm elsewhere in your life.

  • You don’t know exactly what you want, but you know it’s not quite what’s in front of you.

  • You can't remember the last time you felt something other than exhausted, worried, or pissed off.

I help men find what's solid and trustable when things feel uncertain. Not through discipline, hacks, or coping strategies, but through re-connecting to your ability to choose what’s good and right for you.

This is 1:1 work for men ready to slow down enough to get curious about what's actually happening.

This work might be for you if you:

  • Sense there’s something deeper to life, deeper within them that’s worth cultivating.

  • Know deep down that they are enough but their nervous systems haven’t quite caught up to that truth.

  • Want to build capacity for the difficult conversations, the pressures of business, fatherhood, marriage … and the moments that, when you’re on your deathbed, will have mattered most.

Clients say that that work feels like a blend of coaching, therapy, and purpose work. It's building a relationship with that which is solid, reliable, and trustable within yourself - in service to showing up as the man you are.

The Pressure Is Real

You're holding it together. Leading the team. Navigating the transition. Keeping the family afloat.

Your body tells a different story. Jaw clenched at your desk. Shoulders up around your ears. That tightness in your chest that never quite releases. You're either jacked up on adrenaline or so numb you can't feel anything.

The version of you that shows up when the stakes are highest isn't the one you want to be. You snap. You shut down. You white-knuckle through conversations that matter.

You've felt what solid ground feels like—moments when you were completely present, unshakeable, clear. You know it's possible.

Can you find it when it matters?

What Changes

You stop reacting from fear and start responding from ground.

You stay present in conversations that used to make you shut down or blow up.

You feel the full range without drowning in it—intensity without overwhelm.

You access what's solid in you when the pressure's on and everything's chaotic.

You show up as the husband, father, and leader you know you can be.

This isn't about fixing what's broken. It's about building capacity for what's coming by connecting to what’s been here all along.

Where This Comes From

Fourteen years commercial fishing in Alaska taught me what steadiness looks like under extreme pressure. Equipment breaking in storms. Crew exhausted beyond what you think is possible. Decisions that keep everyone alive happening in seconds.

You either find what's solid in you or you don't make it.

Now I'm navigating fatherhood, marriage, business ownership, life in the 2020s. I practice what I guide others through—somatic awareness, relational vitality, cold water immersion, staying present when I'd rather check out.

But I’m not the expert on you: you are.

My work is simply to help guide you toward your own intuition, inner wisdom, and center.

Together, we’ll work with whatever shows up in the way.

The steadiness we're building isn't about control, or getting to a specific outcome. It's about staying present, grounded, consistent, and trustable when everything is changing.

One Year Container:
Nervous System Mastery

Weekly 1:1 sessions for twelve months.

The depth possible over twelve months is different. Your nervous system doesn't shift overnight—it needs repetition, practice, time to build new pathways. Over a year, the changes become concrete: you don’t just notice that you didn't snap at your kid; you can’t remember the last time you did. .

You stay grounded in conversations that used to send you sideways. You show up as the father and partner you know you can be. You lead from clarity instead of reactivity. The steadiness you access becomes your default, not the exception. You notice how much more space you have when facing pressing deadlines, charged conversations, and hard stuff you didn’t see coming.

The breadth of work over a year lets us integrate these shifts across every domain—leadership, relationships, the transitions you're navigating.

This is for men ready to do the deeper work - at your own pace.

Who This Is For

You're navigating high-stakes decisions without all the information you need.

You're scaling a business while trying to stay present for your family.

You’re navigating divorce while scaling a business and trying to stay present for your family.

You're successful by external measures but running on fumes internally. Feeling disconnected from your vitality, your purpose, your WHY.

You want to stop reacting and start responding—to lead from ground instead of fear, to stay steady, to be present in conversations that matter.

This work is for men who know the way they're operating isn't sustainable.

Men ready to build capacity for what's coming instead of white-knuckling through what's here.

What Men Say

"Sean helped me translate those insights from intellectual thoughts into embodied feelings. I'm more present with my kids than I've ever been."

*"It's like you finally came home.”
(What my wife said after I worked with Sean)

"Sean serves as a great facilitator during 1:1 sessions as well as group work. While many coaches, guides, and spiritual leaders have wisdom to share, Sean listens first. He strategically picks his places to listen or coach... What is most refreshing to me is Sean comes to this work as a humble servant yet an admired leader."

What’s Possible

When you learn to access what doesn't change within yourself, everything else becomes workable. Not easier necessarily, but workable.

You can handle bigger challenges because you're not adding your reactivity to situations that are already difficult. You take greater risks because you trust your capacity to navigate whatever comes. You stay connected to what matters even when everything around you is chaos.

Recent Transformations

  • An executive stayed clear and grounded through a company crisis instead of making fear-based decisions that would have tanked the business.

  • A father navigated divorce without losing connection to his kids—stayed present through the hardest conversations instead of shutting down.

  • An entrepreneur's business failed. His marriage didn't. He accessed what was solid in him when everything else was falling apart.

  • A veteran integrated decades of trauma and became the community leader he always knew he could be.

Ready to Begin?

The world needs more men who can stay present under pressure. Men who can access their steadiness when everything else is shifting.

If you're ready to develop this capacity, let's talk.
